How to request a CoA
- Find the SKU and current lot in the table below.
- Click Request access. Your email client opens with the SKU and lot pre-filled.
- Add your name and institution, then send.
- You’ll receive the lot-specific CoA PDF by return email, typically within one business day.
CoAs are issued per lot — the same product ordered again after a batch turnover carries a fresh CoA under a new lot number.
