Refund & Return Policy

Because IronStone Co products are research-use-only reference materials, returns are accepted only in these two cases:

Damaged in transit — product arrives with obvious shipping damage; report within 7 days of receipt with photos.
Mis-shipped product — you received something different from what you ordered.

We cannot accept returns for change of mind or after the vial has been opened.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of return receipt.
